We are seeking a passionate, hands-on, and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harbour Hotel Sidmouth.
This opportunity offers either an hourly rate or a full-time contract of 40 hours per week. The schedule includes a mix of morning and evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
In this role, you will oversee our Food and Beverage team, utilizing your excellent food & wine knowledge to train, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring exceptional experiences for both guests and staff.
