Assistant Restaurant Manager - Harbour Hotel Sidmouth

We are seeking a passionate, hands-on, and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harbour Hotel Sidmouth.

This opportunity offers either an hourly rate or a full-time contract of 40 hours per week. The schedule includes a mix of morning and evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

In this role, you will oversee our Food and Beverage team, utilizing your excellent food & wine knowledge to train, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring exceptional experiences for both guests and staff.

A passion for service excellence, along with drive and determination to advance the business, is essential. We seek someone who can inspire their team to achieve great things and who is excited to come to work!
