Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team at Albert's Schloss Manchester. We're seeking someone to support our Restaurant Manager and teams, with a particular focus on enhancing our guests' experience.

You will be immersed in a fun, exciting, and thorough training program across all areas, before specializing in a particular section of our team. This role is open to someone with specialist experience in bar or floor management and all-round Assistant Management experience.

Salary: up to £31,000 per annum + up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly!

Who we need...

The ideal candidate will be:

• Previous Assistant Management experience, ideally from a fast-paced, high-volume venue, primarily focusing on dry-led sales.
• Experienced in building an energized and engaged team.
• Has a genuine desire to develop from within.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial aspects (we can teach all of that to the right person).

Experience in the above is ideal, but passion is everything!
