Welcome Break in Gretna Green is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy Taco Bell unit. You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead a team, and ensure fast service, great food and a warm welcome for customers.

As Assistant Manager at Welcome Break , you’ll support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of our Taco Bell unit, helping to lead the team, keep standards high and make sure every customer receives quick service, great food and a warm welcome.

Based at our Gretna Green services, you’ll be part of a busy travel hub serving local customers, commuters and visitors travelling across Scotland and the North of England. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, but you won’t be doing it alone, you’ll have training, support and a clear route to progress into a Store Manager role.
