KFC Pitsea Retail Park is looking for a proactive leader to help run the restaurant, drive performance, and create a welcoming guest experience. You will lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure shifts hit targets while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance.

As a store leader, you’ll focus on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and efficient processes, with opportunities for growth within the brand and its supportive franchise network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams.
• Ability to train and motivate crew to meet and exceed standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.
• Capability to manage shifts, stock, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
