Job summary

Taco Bell UK is seeking a motivated candidate to support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and to help create a friendly, engaging dining experience.

You will coach Shift Leaders and Team Members, feed back to the RGM, and drive sales growth with a focus on great customer service. A pathway for progression through a structured Apprenticeship is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Management experience is preferred but not a deal breaker.
• Guiding and coaching the Shift Leaders and Team members in store and feeding back to the RGM.
• Drive great operational standards, nurture your people and deliver sales growth and opportunities.
