We’re seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join the pre-opening team of what will become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.
Located on the 25th floor of the art’otel London Hoxton, this Michelin Star Chef-led restaurant features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.
The menu celebrates vibrant Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine— sunshine food for the soul.
As our Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager who:
- Supports the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, from overseeing team members and customer service to managing budgets and ensuring profitability
- Assists in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards and consistency
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Helps recruit, train, and manage restaurant team members, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards
- Assists in developing and managing the restaurant’s budget, focusing on cost control and revenue growth
- Implements strategies to drive sales and improve financial performance
- Addresses and resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Has experience in Fine Dining Restaurant setup as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager
