Salary: From £34,000 up to £36,000 and additional benefits below.

Mission: This role is essential in maximizing room revenue, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Revenue & Sales: Maximize room sales and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while adhering to revenue strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Reservations & Groups team, ensuring productivity and performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee booking accuracy, implement quality standards, and drive process improvements.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service, handle guest requests, and drive repeat business.

We seek:

  • Opera knowledge
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Good organizational and administration skills
