An expanding multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a driven and capable Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Experienced Quantity Surveyor (open on level) to join their Cost Management team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside senior professionals and cross-functional consultants on sector-leading residential and mixed-use developments, including some of the UK’s most complex and high-risk buildings.

Whether you’re recently qualified or already have some experience under your belt, you’ll be joining a people-first consultancy with a reputation for technical depth, critical thinking, and long-standing client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting Senior Quantity Surveyors on a range of innovative projects across sectors including residential, student accommodation, and education
• Preparing estimates, tender documents, bills of quantities, valuations, and contract documents
• Assisting in contract administration and managing variations
• Contributing to monthly cost and financial reporting for clients
• Attending and contributing to project and client meetings
• Working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams including surveying, engineering, and fire consultancy

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline
• 1+ years' experience in a relevant QS role (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in the residential sector or high-risk buildings (advantageous)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a confident, client-facing approach
• A proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn, develop, and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented outlook
• Progressing toward (or interested in working toward) RICS chartership
