Job summary

Eden Scott is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a leading UK infrastructure organisation. Based in Bristol with hybrid working and regular site travel, you will support contract administration, cost control, payment certification and commercial reporting across a portfolio of projects.

The ideal candidate will hold or be working toward a Degree in Quantity Surveying, have a base knowledge of NEC contracts, and possess strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualification.
• Base knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in utilities, construction or infrastructure environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract administration and cost control.
• Support payment certification and expenditure forecasting.
• Contribute to commercial reporting, supplier engagement and dispute resolution.
• Assist with tender evaluations and risk management activities.
