Qualifications

• Completed a construction related degree.
• 18+ months UK quantity surveying experience.
• Pre and/or post contract experience.
• Experience in cost management / cost consultancy.
• Proactive and inquisitive nature.
• Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of 15+ Quantity Surveyors across a portfolio including high-end residential refurbishment, school extensions and commercial spaces.
• Undertake pre and post cost management services under supervision of an Associate and Director.
• Contribute to cost control, reporting and contract administration as part of project delivery.
