Versa Consulting Limited in Bristol is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to develop commercial skills within a collaborative team. You will assist with tenders, valuations and final accounts, support framework projects, and carry out site measurements and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Degree completed or currently studying Quantity Surveying or HNC/HND qualification.
• Some Quantity Surveying experience within construction, maintenance or minor works.
• Understanding of measurement and commercial processes.
• Strong MS Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tender preparation, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Support commercial team on framework and minor works projects.
• Carry out site measurements and monitor progress.
• Prepare payment applications and subcontractor valuations.
• Maintain accurate site records and commercial documentation.
• Attend site and subcontractor meetings.
• Work with operational teams to maximise project performance and minimise risk.
• Support CVR reporting and commercial strategy implementation.
