We're looking for a driven and detail-focusedAssistant Quantity Surveyorto join our high-performing commercial team. If you're eager to work on major industrial and built environment projects while developing your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment — this is your chance.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Supporting all commercial aspects of exciting construction projects from start to finish

  • Keeping on top of site records, photos, labour sheets, and project documentation

  • Leading or contributing to meetings with design teams and site teams

  • Managing purchase orders, subcontractor orders, valuations, and cost tracking

  • Preparing forecasts, tracking budgets, and ensuring project profitability

  • Helping with client valuations and external reporting

  • Collaborating with experienced professionals and mentoring junior staff

No two days will be the same. You'll work closely with experienced QS and site teams on real projects with real impact — not stuck behind a desk pushing paperwork.

What You Bring


  • A Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Solid experience on industrial or built environment projects

  • Strong communication and reporting skills

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a sharp eye for detail

  • Familiarity with surveying systems, procurement, and variation management
