Job summary
Foster & May Limited is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Directors and QS team on diverse projects across landscaping, commercial, mixed use, private residential and education sectors. You will assist with cost reports, valuations and risk management while developing under a strong mentorship.
The role offers a clear path to Senior QS, APC training and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
- APC focused.
- PQS consultancy experience.
- Car and driver's license.
- At least 2 years' experience working for a Main Contractor.
Responsibilities
- Produce cost reports and valuations for multiple projects.
- Help to manage contractual risks across projects.
