Job summary

Foster & May in Nottingham is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. You will work with Directors and a QS team across landscaping, commercial, mixed-use, private residential and education projects, producing cost reports and valuations while helping to manage contractual risks.

The successful candidate will have a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS-associated degree, APC focused, and at least 2 years' experience with a main contractor.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• APC focused
• PQS consultancy experience
• Car and driver's license
• At least 2 years' experience working for a Main Contractor

Responsibilities

• Produce cost reports and valuations for multiple projects.
• Help manage contractual risks across sectors.
• Collaborate with Directors and the QS team on diverse schemes (landscaping, commercial, mixed-use, education).
