Job summary

Damicor Ltd in London is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who aims to become MRICS. You will be supported by Chartered QS professionals on your APC journey across Data Centre, Commercial, Leisure and Retail sectors.

The successful candidate will complete a BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying, gain hands-on experience, attend meetings, take notes, and develop through a structured APC with mentors. Expect 3 days in the office with site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
• Some experience in QS role is ideal
• Huge interest in learning
• Able to attend meetings and take notes for a Senior QS
• Confident with industry-related software

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-contract duties for Data Centre, Commercial, Leisure and Retail sectors.
• Support Directors with documentation and meeting notes and APC progress.
• Assist APC journey toward MRICS with a structured mentorship program.
