Role

Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist with an education scheme in Harrow, school/sports and leisure. This is a JCT scheme worth £70m and is set to run for 3 years. Mixed concrete and steel frame, corium cladding, swimming pools and sports hall.

Location: Office‑based in Welwyn until April 2026.

Line of report – Commercial Lead.

Responsibilities
