Job Description:

A Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a professional Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager to learn and be part of a growing Quantity Surveying team in Kent.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a team consisting of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors working across both private and public sectors.

Under the direction of a Partner, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved in multiple projects, including cost estimating on a £20m residential scheme, bespoke homes, and public realm works.

Requirements:

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or enrolled in an apprenticeship scheme
• At least 18 months of experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Experience with Cost X software is a plus but not essential
