An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in their buzzing Manchester office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Industrial Sheds, Residential, Commercial Office, Hotel & Leisure, and Retail - working on projects from £1m up to £100m+.

You'll work closely with a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors, gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence and capability grows. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress through their APC, develop both pre and post-contract skills, and grow into a fully chartered Quantity Surveyor.

The business offers one of the strongest APC support programmes in the industry, with structured mentoring, peer sessions, and hands-on project exposure to get you qualified and promoted quickly.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Basic Pre & Post contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy (ideally 1-3 years)
