Qualifications

• UK PQS/Construction Consultancy experience required.
• Satisfactory communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Willingness to progress APC and work across QS/Employer's Agent duties.
• Able to commute to Knutsford for hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Assist on high-rise residential schemes and support senior team members.
• Work across Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent duties throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Directors and senior staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.

An innovative Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to grow their Knutsford office and help with their high-rise residential projects across the Northwest.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a fast-paced consultancy, working closely under experienced specialists to help deliver a range of exciting high rise residential schemes.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will eventually work across both Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent duties, supporting the wider team throughout the project lifecycle while working underneath Directors and more senior members of the consultancy.
