Job summary

Carmichael UK is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the civils team working across infrastructure projects.

Based in Hemal Hempstead, the role involves cost tracking, applications for payment, variation notices, forecasting CVRs, and site activity including visits, meetings and procurement support.

Experience with Bluebeam and a full clean driving licence are required; CSCS card is preferred or actively pursued.
