Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer - Surrey

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work for a busy residential developer in Surrey.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work over three live projects assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a great opportunity to progress your surveying experience on multiple projects and have a structured plan to achieve promotion to Quantity Surveyor.

You will be based in their office in Guildford, Surrey and carry out site visits, also in Surrey. They operate hybrid working so you will get at least 1 day working remotely.

The projects consist of a mixture of development housing and partnership homes. Houses and flats which will range in size of which can get above 300 units.

You will as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor have a relevant construction or Quantity Surveying qualification and residential experience. Living within a reasonable commute of Guildford and having partnership homes experience will be advantageous but not essential.
