Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Ellesmere Port is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit team on hotel and public house projects. You will work closely with Senior Management and benefit from APC support to progress toward MRICS.

The role requires 18+ months QS experience, a QS degree or equivalent, and ideally PQS/consultancy background with good pre/post-contract exposure.

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or Similar.
• Ideally PQS / Consultancy background.
• Good Pre / Post Contract experience.

Responsibilities

A close-knit Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Ellesmere Port.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work closely alongside Senior Management, support the delivery of Hotel and Public House projects while developing their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

With excellent APC support on offer, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be well positioned to achieve MRICS status and continue developing their career.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• 18+ months Quantity Surveying experience
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or Similar
• Ideally PQS / Consultancy background
• Good Pre / Post Contract experience
