The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Directors are looking for an intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is willing and able to support the rest of the quantity surveying team with pre and post contract services such as measuring, helping to compile contract documents, valuations, cost plans, etc.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support leisure and hospitality projects across the UK, so occasional travel will be required.

Requirements

• Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree
• Approximately 12 months of postgraduate quantity surveying experience
