Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an ambitious individual to develop a long-term career in quantity surveying and commercial management on civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK.

This permanent role offers exposure to valuations, cost analysis, tendering support, and commercial administration, with mentoring from experienced professionals and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Construction or civil engineering qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or similar) desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client valuations and applications for payment.
• Assist with project cost analysis and reporting.
• Support tendering and estimating activities.
• Assist with risk and opportunity reviews.
• Provide commercial support to operational teams during project delivery.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate commercial records.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements.
• Support Quantity Surveyors with contract administration and commercial management duties.

The Role
