Job summary

Foster & May is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Bolton to support an experienced QS team. You will help deliver cost management across retail, industrial, residential and healthcare projects, covering pre and post-contract stages.

Responsibilities include cost planning, contract administration, procurement and client liaison. Ideal candidates hold a Quantity Surveying degree and 2+ years of consultancy experience, with MRICS drive.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• 2+ years Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience.
• Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice.
• Good pre contract knowledge.
• Keen to achieve MRICS.
• Good communication skills.

A Bolton-based chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their new projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join an experienced Quantity Surveying team, supporting the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including retail, industrial, residential and healthcare.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to the full cost management process, working across both pre and post-contract stages. Responsibilities will include assisting with cost planning, contract administration, procurement and liaising with clients, providing an excellent opportunity to develop their technical skills and experience.

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 2+ years Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
• Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
