Location: Basingstoke office; flexible working between the office, site, and some home working. Sites will be throughout Hampshire & Berkshire. Typical working hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday.

Within our Social Housing Planned Works programs, you will work both remotely and on-site, collaborating with your team in an inclusive and fair environment. Work streams include internal and external programs such as Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments and roof replacements.
You will focus on ensuring accurate cost evaluation for works, goods, materials, and services related to Repairs and Refurbishment Projects. This involves liaising with Contractors, Suppliers, and Clients to ensure costs, profitability, and value meet project requirements.

Responsibilities as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
About You:
You should have experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in construction and refurbishment sectors. Knowledge of the refurbishment sector, CVR processes, and schedules of rates is advantageous. You should have a couple of years of managing your own workload/contracts, strong commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail, and proficient IT skills, especially MS Office. A Full UK Driving Licence is required due to travel demands.
