Job summary
Whether your background is in pharmaceutical manufacturing or any other medical quality management or auditing field, few organisations offer the impact of NHS Blood and Transplant. You will work with teams across the country to implement best practices, ensuring our blood, tissue, and organ donations save millions of lives. NHSBT aims to save and improve patients' lives, and this role supports that vision by maintaining, developing, and improving the NHSBT Quality Management system to ensure our products and services are safe. You will be a key member of a small local Quality Assurance team, working within a wider regional team and collaborating with various operational departments. A background in pharmaceutical or medical quality management is useful but not essential. It’s important you are a professional capable of building strong relationships, asking the right questions, and maintaining objectivity.
