As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented Assistant Construction Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team and contribute to our continuing success.

Job Description: As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success and cost-effectiveness of our construction projects. You will work closely with the M.D. to assist in cost estimation, budget management, and procurement activities. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing materials and suppliers.

- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to monitor and manage project costs.

- Evaluate and negotiate contracts and subcontractor agreements.

- Perform quantity take-offs and measurement of works.

- Prepare financial reports and project progress summaries.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.

Qualifications

- Experience in full time employment in a construction quantity surveying role

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
