The client isa Midlands-based main contractor, and undertake a wide range of projects including new builds and refurbishments. As well as delivering projects for commercial and office use, they arealso very active inproviding facilities for healthcare and education.

They are looking for a Junior / Assistant QS to join their team in the Birmingham office and work with the small management team to fully cost and commercially support the schemes they are involved with.

A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management would be required as well as a CSCS Card and 2-4 years' industry experience within construction.

The right person would be IT literate, have a full UK driving licence and be located in / around the Birmingham area.
