Wiley in Oxford is seeking an Assistant Publisher to maintain and develop a portfolio of scholarly journals in Health Sciences. You will review journal performance, support growth in submissions and published articles, and work closely with editors and editorial boards to deliver development plans.

The role involves managing day-to-day editor engagement, supporting open access publishing initiatives, and preparing reports for senior colleagues.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences interest.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and time-management.
• Familiarity with open access publishing and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate journal portfolio performance and support growth.
• Build relationships with external journal editors and editorial boards.
• Monitor submissions, acceptances and published articles against targets.
• Support editor appointments and contractual relationships.
• Collaborate on initiatives to improve efficiency and open access publishing.
• Prepare reports and records for senior colleagues.
