Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or management experience in pub/restaurant hospitality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident leading a team and taking responsibility.
• Attention to detail and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with day-to-day operation of the pub.
• Lead and motivate the team during busy services.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and hospitality.
• Manage the cellar, stock, deliveries and waste reduction.
• Oversee events and private hires with kitchen/front-of-house teams.
• Handle guest feedback and maintain relationships with customers and community.
