Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to join the Bedfordshire and Luton Complex Needs Service. You will contribute to clinical assessment, formulation, and the development of MBT and DBT clinical offers, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver care in the community.

You will co-facilitate DBT skills training and support the development of therapists through regular team consultations, while helping run Family, Friends and Carers groups and collect

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical assessment and formulation of service users' needs.
• Experience delivering MBT/DBT-based interventions.
• Ability to co-facilitate group skills sessions.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment and formulation of service users' clinical needs and risks.
• Co-facilitate weekly DBT skills training sessions.
• Support MBT delivery and activity evaluation.
• Facilitate Family, Friends and Carers groups (if applicable).
• Coordinate collection of service user experience measures.
• Maintain databases of outcomes and evaluation data.
• Contribute to resources and leaflets for the service.
