Aneurin Bevan University Health Board invites applications for a 24-month fixed-term position in the Forensic Psychiatry Service, supporting psychological consultancy and therapy for complex cases managed by the Probation Service. There is a temporary top-up for Bands 2 and 3, reflecting the incorporation of the top-up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum). This top-up will be in place until the 2025/26 pay uplift is confirmed.

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 24 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING
The post holder will be part of the Forensic Psychiatry Service and the Adult Clinical Psychology Service within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
The post-holder will support psychological consultancy and therapy services for complex men and women managed by the Probation Service in the community, under supervision of Registrant Psychologists. The role is office-based across various locations, full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
Proficiency in Welsh is desirable; applications from English and Welsh speakers are welcome.
