Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rent Collection for all property across the commercial, residential and ground rent portfolio. This responsibility will include:
  • Preparation and Issuing of all Rent Demands.
  • Credit Control and advising on recovery of Rental Arrears.
  • Assisting with Commercial Lettings, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews across the portfolio as required.
  • Management of the Ground Rent Portfolio. This includes all enquiries, processing of Tenant Applications and preparing recommendations for approval by the Line Manager.
  • Updating the Property Management Database (Qube).
  • Preparing Financial Reports as required by the Line Manager / Finance Team. This will include Arrears Reporting and Bespoke Reports from Qube.
  • Assisting with the Insurance Renewal and preparing Tenant Re Charges.
  • Preparation of Service Charge Budgets.
  • Reconciliation and administration of all Service Charges.
  • Managing Contractors for Building Repairs within agreed budgets. Administrating the payment of Contractors.
  • Other duties as required by the Line Manager.

Assisting with the Management of External Clients and their Reporting.
