Job description

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager in providing a comprehensive housing management service for a multi tenure site compromising of shared ownership and open market rent in Abbey Wood.

This is a full time, hyrbid role with the working hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

You will be joining our Home team based in Abbey Wood.The Homes team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

Key responsibilities:

  • To support the Property Manager to meet targets set within the KPI set within the contractual terms for the client to ensure client expectations are met and or exceeded.
  • To assist the Estate Manager all property management duties for the portfolio including void turnaround, processing renewals, arranging inventory and check out appointments.
  • To progress and manage all tenant repairs and log all repairs via the repairs reporting system.
  • To carry out property inspection visits and pre-check out visits with tenants for the portfolio if required.
  • To assist the property manager for tenancy review paperwork and general tenancy administration.
  • To assist with the process of all incoming and outgoing correspondence from residents, manage incoming phone calls and give support when needed.

Key requirements:

  • A good understanding and knowledge of build to rent, residential lettings and the property industry
  • Be able to perform a whole range of housing management, including voids, sign ups, estate inspections and reporting repairs
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent work and diary management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills
