This is a full-time, in person Assistant Property Manager role based in our Clerkenwell office in London.
The Assistant Property Manager will support the management of a lettings portfolio along with assisting the PM team, therefore some background experience of lettings and Block Management will be advantageous.
You will be helping to ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling resident and client enquiries, coordinating contractors and maintenance works, preparing documentation and reports, and assisting with service charge budgeting and invoicing.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records, updating property management systems, supporting site inspections, and following up on actions and compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with Property Managers and other team members to provide professional, timely service to residents and clients.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of their work and building positive relationships with residents, clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
Some background experience of lettings and Block Management will be advantageous, although a strong interest in property management and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
