We are seeking an Assistant Project Programmer based in our London office. You will support the Programme Controls Lead, assist in preparing and interpreting construction schedules, and help improve project programming processes.

Your core duties include:

1. Supporting project management functions such as design programme coordination, change management, and oversight.
2. Providing programming support for resource and cash flow management.
3. Attending meetings with clients and stakeholders, updating project programmes, and preparing records.
4. Assisting in preparing reports and client-specific project programmes.

Please note: You must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance, which can take several months.

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in a relevant construction industry role.
• Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6, with a desire to develop expertise.

Desirable qualifications:

• Knowledge of Asta.
• Construction-related degree or equivalent.
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in progressing to full membership in a professional body like RICS or CIOB.
