Alexander Associates Technical Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing project delivery team working across water infrastructure and related civil engineering projects in Kent. You will support delivery from planning through to handover, under the guidance of experienced Project Managers.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities or a related construction environment.
• Previous experience supporting delivery of construction or engineering projects is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities with good commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple projects.
• Monitor programmes, costs, risks and overall project performance.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Support commercial and change management activities.
• Ensure projects align with health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Produce project reports and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Assist with commissioning, completion and final handover.
