Radar Healthcare in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Customer Delivery team. You will help keep software implementations on track and coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.

You will work with Project Managers, Product Consultants and stakeholders, developing your project management knowledge while contributing to continuous improvement across healthcare implementions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination, administration, customer service, or customer-facing role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of customer implementation projects in line with business objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, actions, and deliverables.
• Identify potential delivery risks and support escalation activities.
• Assist with project governance, reporting, and documentation.
