Assistant Project Manager at Telent, London, United Kingdom (Hybrid). Job Description:

At Telent, we empower our people to lead projects that keep the UK’s infrastructure connected and protected 24/7. As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of critical Minor Works projects for Transport for London (TfL), including CCTV, PA/VA, and Speaker Systems. This role offers flexibility with remote work and attendance at our Canning Town office two days a week.

What You’ll Do:

• Support end-to-end delivery of Minor Works projects for TfL
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes
• Assist with project mobilisation and milestone tracking
• Monitor project finances and performance
• Coordinate project teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with QEHS standards
• Prepare inputs for contract reviews

Who You Are:

Proactive, organized, with experience in project coordination/management within infrastructure sectors. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Rail, Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities projects
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Knowledge of QEHS standards
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Clear communication skills
• Experience with TfL or London Underground projects is desirable
• Working towards APM/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
