Assistant Project Manager in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid). Job Description:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of Minor Works projects for Transport for London (TfL), including CCTV, PA/VA, and Speaker Systems. This hybrid role offers remote work with two days per week at our Canning Town office.

What You’ll Do:

• Support end-to-end delivery of projects for TfL
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes
• Assist with project mobilisation and milestone tracking
• Monitor project finances and performance
• Coordinate project teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with standards
• Contribute to monthly contract reviews

Who You Are:

Proactive, organized, with experience in project coordination or management, preferably in infrastructure sectors. Effective communicator, comfortable with stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Rail, Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities projects
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Knowledge of QEHS standards
• Excellent multitasking and time management
• Clear communication skills
• Experience with TfL or London Underground projects (desirable)
• APM/PRINCE2 certification or similar (a plus)
