Job summary

First Marine Solutions is seeking a project-focused professional to support the full lifecycle of offshore projects from award to close-out. You will assist in planning, risk assessments, and the handover of bid documentation, ensuring technical specifications and commercial terms are understood and applied.

The role also involves monitoring execution, documenting variations, contributing to QA processes, attending site visits, and collaborating with Finance on cost reporting to meet project

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore survey, positioning and construction operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle management of projects from award through planning, execution, monitoring, close-out, and post-project evaluation.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of project risk assessments prior to mobilisation.
• Facilitate the handover of bid-phase documentation to project teams, ensuring technical specifications and contract requirements are understood.
• Support monitoring of project execution, documenting variations and ensuring timely action.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure final deliverables meet client expectations.
• Advise Operations Management on project-specific personnel requirements.
• Assist in sourcing and coordination of project equipment from internal and external providers.
• Provide out-of-hours or on-call support when required to meet project demands.
