The Campus Projects and Minor Works team manages the full project lifecycle for projects across all campuses.
About The Role
The Assistant Project Manager – MAC Specialist will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) projects across King’s College London. This role supports the Project Manager in maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards. The successful candidate will ensure MAC activities are conducted efficiently, minimizing disruptions and promoting operational agility.
Key responsibilities include working with the Asset Management and Engineering Directorate on MAC programmes, liaising with campus stakeholders, supporting project delivery from small works to complex projects, and ensuring timely communication and reporting to maintain project schedules.

Desirable skills include knowledge of project management frameworks, health and safety standards, sustainability initiatives, space planning, and relevant qualifications in strategy, project management, or risk management.

Grade and Salary: £44,355 - £51,735 per annum (including London Weighting).
