Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination and delivery of Hard FM and construction projects across its national portfolio.

You will assist in developing programmes, monitoring progress and coordinating site activities while maintaining documentation and budgets. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, scheduling and coordinating projects.
• Experience liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and operations.
• Strong organisation and ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Good commercial awareness with understanding of project costs and budgets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence and travel to UK sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, mobilisation and delivery of multiple Hard FM and minor works projects.
• Assist in developing project programmes, schedules and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
• Coordinate site activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Work with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors for efficient delivery.
• Attend project meetings and record actions with follow-ups.
