Job summary

NRS Dounreay is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of multi-disciplinary decommissioning projects. You will work with Project Managers and stakeholders to coordinate activities, monitor performance and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will help maintain project programmes, manage essential documentation, monitor risks and implement practical solutions while liaising with internal and external teams across lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Proactive, organised individual with technical background.
• Experience in engineering, scientific, or regulated environments.
• Experience in commercial processes

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of decommissioning projects.
• Coordinate documentation, safety files and project reports.
• Monitor performance against safety, quality and schedule baselines.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Support handovers and resource planning with stakeholders.
