Job summary

Marshall Land Systems is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Cambridge. You will support the Project Director and Integrated Project Team in planning, coordination and delivery of work packages.

Responsibilities include maintaining the IMS, coordinating documents, and managing subcontracted activities. A BPSS security check is required, with on-site work three days per week and some travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering work packages within a complex project environment.
• Background in project management, continuous improvement, or similar management setting.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, deliverables, schedules and work packages.
• Support planning/management of subcontracted activities and material shipments.
• Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Monitor work packages for budgets, schedules and quality requirements.
• Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Own assigned work packages and escalate risks, issues and delays.
• Contribute to wider project objectives and perform additional duties as required.
