The University of Sheffield is seeking a Project Coordinator / project support to join the AMRC portfolio. You will support and work with project teams across groups, helping to plan, administer and deliver a range of programmes and projects.
You will aid in portfolio and finance processes to improve performance, with a strong emphasis on client-facing work, governance, and timely reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role with generous benefits.

You will hold a key support role to a significant portfolio of programmes and projects within the AMRC and work across the whole portfolio of projects of varying lengths in duration in one of its research groups. There are opportunities to work across different research groups, but you will specialise in one of the core research groups initially. You will support and work closely with a team with understanding in the relevant fields of Research, Project Management and Development.
You will also aid in the development of portfolio and finance processes to improve performance. Policy support is a key aspect of the role within the portfolio and experience of this type of work is crucial. For this role, you will need to have a high standard of project delivery support experience especially within larger projects, programmes and portfolios of work, spanning multiple groups. Also, you should be able to manage your time effectively.
