  • Assist in developing and monitoring project programmes, identifying potential risks and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Attend and contribute to project, site and client meetings, preparing reports, progress updates and meeting minutes as required.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
  • Interpret contract documentation, specifications, design information and construction drawings, to support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Support the co-ordination and monitoring of subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure programme, quality and safety standards are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and support the resolution of day-to-day site and project issues.
  • Assist with project cost control, including variations, valuations, procurement and commercial reporting.
  • Support the procurement of materials and plant, ensuring resources are available and in line with project programmes.
  • Assist with quality inspections and ensure defects are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Support tendering and pre-construction activities alongside the estimating and commercial teams where required.
