This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a complex, high-profile estate at the heart of London. You’ll support the delivery of capital and small works projects that underpin UCL’s academic ambitions and estate masterplan. Working closely with senior project managers, consultants and stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our projects are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and with maximum impact.
Your role will include:
Assisting with planning, procurement, and project documentation
Supporting financial administration, risk registers, change control, and reporting
Organising and recording project meetings and action logs
Helping navigate UCL governance and project processes
Contributing to project communications and post-occupancy reviews
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to grow in the project management space. You’ll need:
A good understanding of the construction project lifecycle
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
The ability to manage multiple tasks across complex projects
Bonus if you have:
Experience supporting stage gate reviews
