Faculty

You will join our innovative School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, with a suite of face-to-face and online postgraduate programmes, a fully integrated MPharm based on Team-Based Learning (TBL) and excellence in research.

What you will be doing:

The key objective will be to teach and assess on our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for pharmacists. You will guide and support students through these programmes in order that they can develop their skills in professional and clinical practice. You will:

  • Be a key member of the team delivering our undergraduate and postgraduate taught clinical programmes, including the NHSE commissioned programme for the development of critical care technicians.
  • Undertake research in a relevant area and support pharmacists to develop their research potential.

Qualifications/ experience:

  • MPharm degree or equivalent
  • Professional Registration with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Relevant research/scholarship/service evaluation expertise
  • Experience of contributing to effective teaching
